We offer in-house structural engineering services including assessments, evaluations, design, and stamping for all types of solar installations for both residential and commercial projects.
Residential
After the array is planned out for residential projects, we do the structural examination to see if the roof can sustain the array. The study takes into account local loading factors as wind, snow, and seismic activity.
Commercial
Before the array is planned out for commercial projects, we do the assessment to first evaluate how much additional loading the structure can support (which can be much greater than a standard array). We conduct a second review expressly for the array after it is planned. The study takes into account local loading factors such as wind, snow, and seismic activity.
HVAC structural
We also offer HVAC structural evaluations and ballasting checks from our structural experts.
For every form of solar installation, regardless of system size, our in-house professional engineers (PE) have competence in civil, and structural design and engineering (all racking types).
